1.    Is this a VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) Service?
NO - we do not use VOIP because of the quality of VOIP calls.  VOIP calls can have echo and lag time with the connection to the agent when the call is answered.  We use traditional time-tested telco lines and service.  You will have a pure copper connection from your agent to your customer creating the optimal marketing environment.

2.    How many lines can I have calling out for me?
You can have up to three lines dialing out at once.

3.    Can you display my company callerid when you make the calls?
Yes, we can display your company 800 number or any other valid telephone number as the callerid.

4.    How long does it take to setup?
About two hours.

5.    Do you host my data?
No, all of your data can be stored and maintained on your computer.  This gives you complete control over the data.

6.    Can my agent transfer the call to another party?
Yes, and this is a great tool to get a "hot" lead to a closer or third party verification.

7.    What are my computer requirements? 
Most computers 3 years or younger will work fine (windows 2000, XP, Vista).  You will also need a high speed internet connection and a phone line (office, home or cellphone).

9.    Do you have data or can I use my own data?
Both.  If you have your own data we can import it easily into our CRM software.  We can import Excel sheets, csv files, and many other common data formats.  If you need data, we have access to many different data sources.
