An agent

With Brokers Mojo, you can start your day reviewing all of your tasks for the day. The CRM Mojo has automatically added your new leads received over the night. Prospector Mojo has sent out automatic email response to those leads and setup your calls to them in your daily task list. In addition, Prospector has reviewed all of your prospects and customers in your database and automatically scheduled emails and phone calls based on your sales processes. You’ve got a busy day all laid out for you. Its time to get going and make some sales!

You log into Dialer Mojo and start making some calls. Dialer Mojo automatically dials your numbers, calls out on multiple lines simultaneously, screens out busy and no answers, leaves your pre-recorded message on answering machines, and immediately connects live answers to you.

After two hours of calling, you take a break. You check Scoreboard Mojo to see your scores. You have a score of 92 for the day which is right were you wanted to be. You check your group scoreboard and you are in the top five for the day, you are cranking!

When you come back from lunch, CRM Mojo has processed your emails you received and Prospector has created your new tasks for these emails, you are ready to start cranking again.

A supervisor

Four of your agents have been working for the past 3 hours. With Prospector Mojo, all of your leads are being thoroughly worked based on the sales processes you have setup. Nothing is falling through the cracks and all leads are being followed up on. You have heard your agents doing alot of talking so you know the Dialer Mojo has been hot. You login to your Scoreboard Mojo to check things out. Agent A and B have been red-hot. Their contact ratio is almost 40% and they have a total of 16 appointments setup. Based on our conversion numbers, 16 appointments will generate 5 closings!

Agent D is struggle a bit but he is the new guy. He needs to get more training with one of other seasoned agents. You have gotten 24 new leads over this time so the website has gotten alot of hits today. So far, the group has a score of 82 which is a bit below your goal of 85 but still good. Get the new guy some more training!
